Dustin Hickey is a board-certified and internationally credentialed safety expert, holding professional designations in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom:

- Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) – Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals
- Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH) – Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
Based in Houston, TX, he is widely recognized for his expertise in the design, implementation, and auditing of safety management systems, with deep knowledge of OSHA standards for Construction (29 CFR 1926) and General Industry (29 CFR 1910). Mr. Hickey has served as an expert witness in high-stakes litigation and has supported safety initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, insurers, and public entities.
He is Past-President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and has twice been published in Professional Safety, ASSP’s peer-reviewed journal. Mr. Hickey’s work combines executive safety leadership, technical regulatory knowledge, and litigation support experience across complex workplace safety matters.

Based in Denver, CO, Mr. Boswell provides safety and OSHA expert witness services and litigation support in matters involving workplace injuries, construction accidents, regulatory compliance, safety management systems, and high-risk industrial operations. His experience includes evaluating OSHA requirements, safety policies and procedures, training, work practices, hazard controls, and employer safety responsibilities across industries including construction, utilities, energy, and manufacturing.

Joseph Pauszek, PhD, is a human factors expert specializing in the mechanisms underlying perception, cognition, and behavior. Dr. Pauszek has more than a decade of experience conducting scientific research in academia and industry across areas including sensation and perception, perception-reaction time, attention and distraction, cognitive workload, stress, decision-making, memory, and the user experience, safety, and effectiveness of consumer products and medical devices.
